ID3 Partners, LLC., LLC starts new warehouse in Macedonia, OH

ID3 Partners, LLC., LLC has completed the acquisition of 35 acres of industrial land in Macedonia, OH on behalf of Sun Life of Canada. The Canada Life Insurance Company plans to build the first speculative warehouse in a decade in this Cleveland submarket. Sun Life paid about $1.4 million for the property, said Terry Coyne, a senior vice president with Grubb & Ellis Company in Cleveland and the buyer's representative. The 202,000-square-foot industrial building on Highland Road will open around July 1. 2008. The building could house up to eight tenants, with uses from light distribution to light assembly and storage, said Chuck Andes, managing director for Sun Capital Advisers. Andes said the company sees stability in the Cleveland area. "We've targeted Cleveland as a market to be invested in," he said.
